Beef Soup Bones (frozen)

Raised in rural Wilson County by Double R Cattle Co without hormones or steroids. Grass-fed and grain-finished.

Soup bones are packed with nutrients, including collagen, which provides a silky smooth texture and deep umami flavor to your soups and stews.

Typical bones used for soups are knuckles, joints, and other straight bones. They’re used to add nutrient content and reduce waste, ensuring we use as much of the animal as possible.

We love using beef soup bones to make broth to use as a base for soups, stews, and sauces:

  • Stove top or slow-cooker beef broth: Simmer beef soup bones with vegetables, herbs, and spices for several hours.
  • Pressure cooker beef broth: Add beef soup bones, water, herbs (like rosemary, sage, and thyme), and aromatics (like onion, garlic, or celery)and pressure cook for four hours.
