Raised in rural Wilson County by Double R Cattle Co without hormones or steroids. Grass-fed and grain-finished.

This lean cut comes from the rump and hind legs. The muscles in this area are used for movement, so the beef is leaner and less tender. However, when cooked slowly in the oven or crockpot this cut turns into a beautiful pot roast dinner.

Due to the nature of butchering (and farming), no two cuts are exactly the same size. Please be aware exact weight varies. This is a raw, frozen product.
