Raised in Girard, KS by Swalley Farms using regenerative management practices. Pigs are raised outside on pasture and rotated onto fresh paddocks regularly.

Pork spare ribs come in a vacuum-sealed package weighing approximately 2.5 lbs and can be cooked in a variety of dishes, from BBQ ribs to Asian dishes, prepared in the oven, smoker, crockpot, or Instant Pot.
