Pasture-raised chicken is the chicken from your grandparents' childhood memories. These birds live their entire lives outside on fresh pastures in small batches, eating grass and bugs in the sunshine as nature intended.

"Freedom Ranger" is the breed of chicken used. These chickens take a few weeks longer to reach harvest weight than the common  "Cornish Cross", but the taste is unmatched in comparison. This breed grows more dense and nutritious meat, richer in Omega-3s and less saturated fat than faster-growing breeds."

All chickens is antibiotic-free, pasture raised (with a local grain supplement) and free to forage, obtaining extra nutrients and a heathy life. Because a healthy chicken is a happy chicken, and a happy chicken taste better!
